Consult a Nutritionist
Creating a well balanced lifestyle is essential for health and beauty, and it will help you maintain energy. Eating well is a critical component of this lifestyle. Seek out a registered dietitian who can offer professional nutritional advice catered to your specific concerns, such as reducing chronic pain issues or losing weight. You may be able to find basic nutritional advice online, but these tips don't take into account how food reacts to your body or which supplements you should be taking alongside your current diet to meet health goals. A nutritionist will go through your entire medical history and then apply research findings to create a comprehensive health plan.

Stay Relaxed
Many people view time spent relaxing with a massage or soaking in the hot tub as luxuries that most individuals can't afford. In reality, making relaxation a priority is key to women's health and beauty because it keeps stress levels to a minimum. When you juggle multiple personal and professional responsibilities daily, you may not make your own well-being a very high priority. Setting aside time for a weekly massage or ending your daily gym workout with a session in the hot tub or sauna goes a long way toward relaxing your mind and body so you can come back to your regular routine calm and refreshed.

Clean Out Your Makeup Bag
You should go through your makeup stash every few months. Some products should be replaced even sooner. Familiarize yourself with the expiration dates on your essential products so you know how often you need to shop. Get rid of anything that is past its expiration date, that you simply don't use anymore, or that is outdated. When you shop for new makeup, focus on buying high quality staples (i.e. foundation, mascara) that you'll love using.
Whenever possible, select beauty products that serve multiple purposes to limit the number of product layers you put on your face everyday. You'll save money on products, you'll save time on your daily beauty routine, and you'll minimize the amount of product on your face, making you feel lighter. For example, a tinted moisturizer ensures both adequate coverage and ample moisture. Finally, fill out your collection with a few seasonal favorites, such as bronzer.

Tweak Your Hair Styling Routine
Limit blow drying, straightening, and curling for special occasions. Allowing your hair to air dry most days minimizes direct damage that comes from applying heat to hair. When you step out of the shower, use a microfiber cloth to dry your hair. Avoid wrapping your hair in a towel on top of your head, which pulls on the hair, leading to breakage and strain. After towel drying your hair, lightly comb a detangler through it. Finish with a light leave-in product to encourage quick hair drying and to promote strength. You'll have a beautiful style to work with or leave as is when your hair is dry.
