3 recipes for delicious cold drinks

Such ingredients are bad for your health, and if you care about your body, you should avoid these types of drinks. There are many refreshing and healthy drinks which anyone can simply make at home. Light Exotic Cucumber Drink

  • 200 g ripe papayas
  • 250 g cucumber
  • 250 g oranges
  • ice cubes

Dice the fruit and cucumber, blend them and put the mixture in a glass with ice.

Creamy Carrot-Orange Drink

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 small grapefruit
  • 200 ml carrot juice
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat curd (80 g)
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and the grapefruit, and mix this with the carrot juice, low-fat curd, and the oil, to create a cool and healthy drink.


Red Currant Iced Tea

  • cold white tea
  • 100 g red currants (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry syrup
  • ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender, to make a real power drink.
