Management in Training
For the third year we give particularly dedicated and talented team members across all regions the opportunity for further personal growth and the chance to qualify themselves for a further career step as a Senior Managers with Holmes Place, by taking part in our program:
- The program consists 3-day monthly meetings in Berlin or Barcelona, where teams receive training from Executive team mentors.
- All teams face tasks and challenges, which takes them out of their comfort zone.
- Results of their tasks need to be presented in the next month's meeting, followed by an immediate feedback from the Holmes Place Board.
- Additionally, there is also a points system in place to gain or loose points for the efforts.
The program lasts 10 months and ends with one winner – the Holmes Place Apprentice!
40 people so far have started the program within 3 years, 16 have finished previous editions, and there are currently 16 people on the 3rd edition that will come to an end in April 2014.
Our objective is to give our team a full view and understanding of the Club Manager role in a fun and challenging way, and in order to better serve our members on daily basis. The program is also about giving our team members a chance to connect to the expert senior managers in the company, and explore each area of the fitness and wellness business in depth.
We focus on our Members First approach, on our Credo values and ultimately on our Vision of inspiring people to live well.
First part of the 3rd edition was held in Barcelona, where teams were challenged on delivery of high quality service from the very base of it.
