GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Core Training is the area of the body, which is commonly referred to as the core (your midsection) and it involves all your muscles in that area including the front, back and sides.
