Healthy Smoothie

Tomato Cocktail (2 glasses)

It replaces minerals lost during a workout, prevents fatigue and boosts metabolism.

  • tomato juice (250-300ml)
  • natural kefir (250ml)
  • fresh basil, to taste
  • hot pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon kelp
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (roasted for a couple of minutes on a frying pan)


Broccoli Cocktail (1 glass)

It protects the stomach, boosts metabolism and helps you to feel full longer, it can replace a whole meal!

  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 2 tomatoes (remove peel by first blanching them)
  • fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon kelp
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Healthy green Smoothie


Fat Burning Drink (1 glass)

Helps you to lose weight and mobilizes your body for greater effort and for using up more energy.

  • 1 glass water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • black pepper
  • a couple of ice cubes


Dr. Bardadyn’s Green Cocktail (1 glass)

Provides necessary fatty acids, strengthens skin, hair and nails.

  • 200g natural yogurt
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon bran
  • 1/2 teaspoon kelp


Ginger Drink (1 glass)

It warms you up – this drink boosts blood circulation and metabolism and helps warm you to fight feeling cold.

Cut a 10-centimeter piece off a fresh ginger root slice it, into 4-5 cloves. Put ingredients in a mug and pour in boiling water. Use a knife or spoon to squeeze ginger slices. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and a slice of lemon/lime.
