Prevention Classes

In Small Groups

Holmes Place offers you health and prevention classes where you can do something for your health in a short period of time.

Your benefit: all legal health insurances are supportive of these activities and will cover up to 70 to 100 percent of the costs.

Prevention Classes

Everybody knows how it feels to have back or neck pain after a hard day of work, but it doesn't have to stay like that. Prevention classes & small group training can help you here. 

Training In Small Groups

Train in small groups without membership. A prevention class usually lasts for 10 weeks. During this time, no membership is required for the prevention class that is offered by the Holmes Place Club.

All classes are certified according to § 20 SGB V.

Thanks to the certification of the Holmes Place Trainers, it is possible to have the costs of the prevention classes covered by your health insurance.

All legal health insurances bear the costs of up to 70% to 100%.

All legal health insurances support these activities and bear the costs up to 70 - 100%. Ask your Trainer for a written confirmation of your participation in the class and get the costs reimbursed by your health insurance.
