9 reasons you shouldn’t ditch the gym this summer
With summer in full swing, it can be an ideal time to head outdoors and work out in the sun. But between scorching temperatures, humidity and over-friendly bugs, it’s tempting to shun the sweaty session in favour of chilling out with an ice-cold drink.
