As with everything in life, we often experience moments when words don’t portray the full picture. Which is why metaphors are born and pictures claim to be worth 1,000 words.

With the teachings of a discipline as complete and as ancient as Yoga, the lack of words is compensated by the practice. The knowledge gathered by yoga practitioners is a profound source of enlightenment that can shed light on the journey ahead for others.

This is a compilation of mantras, ideas and thoughts from a yogi perspective that offers to change the way we relate to things, consider others and experience our own lives.
