- 10 minutes of swimming *
- 20 minutes cycling IC7 **
- 20 minutes running on a treadmill **
- After swimming, participants will have 8 minutes to go to the cycling studio and 2 minutes after the cycling to pass on the treadmill.
** Cycling and running start successively in the 18th and 40th minute of the workout.
morning: 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00,
afternoon: 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30
