New fitness schedule

Dear Members,

We would like to invite you to familiarize yourself with our new group exercise schedule, which will be available from 5th of September in Holmes Place Hilton and Regent.
We are convinced that the new schedule of fitness classes will meet the expectations of the people who train already a long time, as well as those who are just starting their adventure with group activities

To facilitate the selection of appropriate activities, each of them we marked by '*'. A certain number of stars indicates the level of intensity and complexity."

* Activities of moderate intensity and a low degree of difficulty. Perfect for beginners and for those who like a balanced workout.
** Classes of medium intensity and low degree of difficulty, for those who like simple, but effective workout.
*** Classes of high intensity and medium complexity, for those who like a challenge.

Following the trends we have also included 30- and 45-minute classes. Your training will be shorter, more intense, but it gives perfect results.
