What is Personal Training?
Personal Training with a qualified instructor is the fastest and most effective form of exercise. It consists of 60 min sessions guided by a Personal Trainer, in any number of days per week, depending on your condition, your needs and time schedule. Training consists of warm-up, which is individually tailored, as well as important muscle stretching (assisted stretching). Owing to Personal Training, everyone is able to get their fitness goals in a quick and safe manner.
Regular monitoring and contact with the trainer helps assess the progress of training, and above all, stay motivated.
A tailored training program created during the first meeting with the coach respects the member's objectives so that training becomes a pleasure.
Our network of training courses, which each of our coaches pass, ensures their professional capacity in the fields of fat reduction, cardio training, functional training and rehabilitation training. Their knowledge is derived from years of experience of working with people with issues such as obesity, hypertension, arthralgia, back pains, osteoporosis and asthma.
