4. Inspired by the iconic disciplines of martial arts.
Warrior workouts have been choreographed and designed with martial arts undertones. It’s not ‘in-your-face’ martial arts, more a hybrid of energised workouts combined with the disciplines, stances, kicks and punches that couldn’t be mistaken for anything other than martial arts moves. The style takes inspiration from kickboxing, karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Capoeira, making it an ideal class for anybody who has always wanted to try martial arts or already has the skills and techniques.
