Warrior is a hybrid workout that mixes martial arts and fitness. In this super dynamic and intense experience, you’ll find a full body workout with the challenging twist of a group class.

The choreography pulls no punches and is sure to burn calories while being comfortable enough to follow. The group spirit is high, and you’ll find there are plenty of interaction moments among participants, creating a friendly yet competitive environment. Inspired by a mix of iconic disciplines, Warrior finds it’s inspiration in Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and other styles of martial arts. 


You’ll work on neuromuscular efficiency, improving bone density, and build central and peripheral resistance. Focusing on cardio, motor coordination and agility, Warrior offers the chance to step into the arena and improve overall fitness as you sweat, push and kick your way towards victory. Warrior is a 45-minute class with high-intensity music tracks that keeps the pace and the motivation strong.
