Small gestures make the difference!

Here comes another edition of our Charity Challenge, in which we will continue to bring together two good causes: training and helping!

On October 12th, come and participate in this great event, try out new classes and have fun while helping to improve someone's life.

The amount raised will revert, in full, to the association Portugal AVC - Union of Survivors, Family and Friends.

Several studies show that exercise is a strong ally in stroke prevention, reducing risk factors and improving the quality of life of stroke sufferers.

Sign up and join us on October 12th to support this cause. There is no obligatory donation, contribute what you can. We know that small gestures can make a difference.
