1. How does Holmes Place inspire you to live better?
It inspires me to take better care of myself, maintain balance between body and mind, and make physical exercise an essential part of my routine. It gives me that extra motivation to stay consistent and always strive for improvement.
2. What do you love most about the Holmes Place experience?
I love the welcoming and professional atmosphere, the variety of classes and equipment, and the sense of well-being I take with me after every workout. I feel it’s more than just a gym — it’s a true healthy lifestyle space.
3. What’s the best time of day to work out, and why?
For me, mornings are the best time. They give me energy for the rest of the day, help me start with mental clarity, and make me feel more productive and in a better mood.
4. What would your ideal workout look like?
A balanced session combining cardio, strength, and flexibility — something that challenges me but also makes me feel good, with motivating music and, ideally, a great instructor.
5. What are the essentials in your gym bag?
Earphones for music, a water bottle, a towel, and of course, my motivation.
